About

Colorado Broker Exam Trainer is a free, static trainer generated from one source: The Colorado Real Estate Broker Exam Study Book (National Foundations • Colorado Law and Contracts • Closing Math • Three Practice Exams). Every chapter, question, option, answer, explanation, definition, formula, and source note on this site is the book's own text. The site adds only the practice mechanics: retrieval practice, a review queue, spaced-repetition flashcards, timed exam simulation, and math drills whose numbers are randomized while the method stays the book's.
